What DraftCamp is

DraftCamp is a fantasy football mock draft simulator and cheat sheet builder operated by Bubbling Labs. You can run solo mock drafts in your browser, build rankings, browse ADP, view player game logs, and save mock drafts in your browser.

DraftCamp is free to use. Optional tips go through Ko-fi (a separate site); we do not process payments on DraftCamp.

Information we collect

  • Account data: If you sign in with email (magic link) or Google, we store your email address, authentication identifiers, and a display name (camp codename) through Supabase Auth. Profile data lives in our Supabase database.
  • Your content: When signed in, we store cheat sheets (rankings, tiers, Target/Avoid/Sleeper tags, and optional notes), saved mock draft setups, and in-progress solo mock sessions.
  • Draft activity: Completed solo mock drafts from signed-in accounts may submit your picks (not CPU picks) to improve DraftCamp ADP. We deduplicate by session so the same mock is not counted twice. Aggregate ADP is published; individual picks are not shown as a public profile.
  • Browser storage:If you use DraftCamp without signing in, mock drafts and some preferences (for example sound mute and panel layout) are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. We do not receive that data unless you sign in and sync or save to your account.
  • Cookies and similar storage: We use cookies for sign-in sessions (Supabase), short-lived redirect cookies during login, and — when a private beta password is enabled — a cookie that remembers beta access for your browser session. We also use cookies and browser storage for product analytics (PostHog) to understand how DraftCamp is used.
  • Product analytics: We use PostHog to measure product usage — for example pages visited, mock drafts started or completed, cheat sheet saves, sign-in and sign-out, and live room activity. PostHog assigns an anonymous identifier in your browser. When you are signed in, we link events to your account using your user ID and email so we can understand usage across sessions. Event properties may include non-sensitive context such as scoring format, team count, and draft mode. We do not send your cheat sheet rankings, draft picks, or notes as analytics event properties.
  • Optional draft sharing: If you choose to share a completed mock, we store a read-only snapshot of your roster, draft grade, and pick list at a public link (for example draftcamp.app/r/…). Shared links do not include your cheat sheet, private notes, or other teams' full draft boards. Guest shares are supported; links expire after about 90 days.
  • Server logs: Our host (Vercel) and database provider may log IP addresses, request paths, browser type, and timestamps to operate, debug, and secure the service.

Sign-in methods

Email magic link: We send a one-time sign-in link to the email address you provide. We do not use your email for marketing unless you separately opt in (we do not send marketing emails today).

Google Sign-In: When you use Sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email and basic profile information (name, profile picture) as permitted by Google. We use this only to create and manage your DraftCamp account.

Third-party services

We rely on these providers to run DraftCamp:

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
  • Vercel — application hosting.
  • PostHog— product analytics. PostHog's privacy policy applies to data they process on our behalf.
  • Sleeper — NFL player metadata, stats, projections, and ADP used in the app. Game log data may be cached in our database after fetch.
  • Ko-fi— optional tip/donation link only; Ko-fi's privacy policy applies if you visit or pay there.

Player names, teams, and statistics displayed in DraftCamp come from these sources and may be incomplete or delayed. We do not control their policies.

How we use information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide mock drafts, cheat sheets, ADP, and related features.
  • Save and sync your drafts and rankings when you are signed in.
  • Improve DraftCamp ADP from aggregated completed mocks.
  • Understand product usage and improve features through analytics.
  • Secure the service, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and deletion

We keep account-linked data while your account is active. Guest data in local storage stays on your device until you clear it. Analytics identifiers in your browser persist until you clear site data or sign out (we reset the analytics link on sign-out). When you delete your account, we remove your account data from our database; analytics events already recorded may remain in PostHog in aggregated form. To request deletion of account data, email us at hello@draftcamp.app. Aggregated ADP derived from past mocks may remain in published statistics without identifying you.

Children

DraftCamp is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
